Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Analyst in Bogota, Colombia. This role covers end-to-end collections, dispute resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Global Services Finance organization.

The position supports high-risk portfolios and aims to improve cash flow while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and strong Portuguese and English skills, with 2–4 years

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Portuguese and English language skills required.
• SAP knowledge and ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes for assigned portfolios.
• Own dispute management and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Support audit readiness and respond to audit requests.
