GlobalLogic is seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer in Bogota, Colombia. You will join a team supporting a leading broadband solutions provider, handling troubleshooting, network basics, and L2/L1 support to ensure stable service.

The role requires a Bachelor/Master in CS/EE/Telecommunications, Linux proficiency, and good English. Occasional travel and rotating shifts are possible as per KT and business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• Experience with IP network switching and routing protocols; TCP/IP stack knowledge desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Linux; English level: upper-intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for integration and support in assigned product areas, assisting customers diagnosing and repairing complex system problems.
• Report and track design, reliability and maintenance problems to R&D engineering groups.
• Assist and implement hardware and software upgrades for the existing customer base.
