Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Program Analyst for LATAM to manage critical workflows, analyze POS and inventory data from LATAM partners, and generate reports to monitor performance. The role involves collaborating with channel management and sales, supporting process improvements and governance, and enabling data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will work hybrid from Bogota or remotely from other Colombian cities, aligning with MSI's mission to keep people safe through analytics

Formación

• Communicate with partners on reporting status and compliance.
• Subject matter expert on point-of-sale and inventory data collections tools.
• Create and manage dissemination of data and reports for MSI teams and partners.
• Manage changes to processes and support materials for internal/external audiences.
• Interface with channel management and channel sales on metrics or issues.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing workflows and operational activities within Video Security and Access solutions.
• Analyze data from LATAM channel partners to create reports and insights for performance monitoring.
• Support rewards and strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
• Participate in design and implementation of processes and governance of partner requirements.
