Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Program Analyst for LATAM to manage critical workflows, analyze POS and inventory data from LATAM partners, and generate reports to monitor performance. The role involves collaborating with channel management and sales, supporting process improvements and governance, and enabling data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will work hybrid from Bogota or remotely from other Colombian cities, aligning with MSI's mission to keep people safe through analytics

Whether you are looking to deploy a new video security or access control solution, equip your team with body-worn cameras, or leverage analytics through purpose-built applications, we have solutions to meet your needs.## Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and energetic program analyst to assist in managing and maintaining critical workflows and operational activities within our Video Security and Access such as point of sale, inventory management and data analytics linked to partner performance.A candidate will be an active participant in many activities including design and implementation of processes, execute changes and lead in the measurement and governance of partner requirements.This role performs key analysis on accurate data from our channel partners within LATAM to create reports and insights to support performance monitoring, provide rewards and strategic decisions.Candidates based in Bogota with availability to work hybrid from our office are preferred.
