Marsh Bogotá seeks a senior accounting professional to manage a portfolio of complex clients, including captive insurance entities. You will prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and coordinate audits while building strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates have a CPA designation, 3–5 years of experience with GL and financial reporting, and excellent English. This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

Formación

• CPA designation required for success.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements accurately and timely with required supplemental info.
• Maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and be the main contact for inquiries.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts; prepare deposits and disbursements.
• Organize and support annual audits and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting rules and GAAP.
