Marsh Risk Colombia seeks a professional to manage a portfolio of complex clients including captive insurers. You will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and organize annual audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client communication.

The role requires a CPA designation, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work in Bogotá, collaboration with international clients, and adherence to Marsh controls are expected.

Formación

• CPA designation required or in progress
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial statements and GL
• Proficient in English and local language; English CVs only
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and external clients
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge of GAAP, auditing, and financial reporting practices

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities for a portfolio of complex clients (captive insurers and others)
• Prepare financial statements and working papers
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts; prepare deposits and disbursements
• Organize annual audits and regulatory filings
• Ensure regulatory compliance for local accounting and reporting
• Maintain client files per regulations and best practices
• Coordinate with other service providers
• Prepare board meeting materials and participate in governance meetings
• Adhere to Marsh internal controls and client-specific controls
• Perform additional related duties as needed
