Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Sales Support/Analytics role in Megaport, Bogotá, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will partner with Sales to provide data-driven insights and operational support across teams.

You will build reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses, monitor pipeline performance, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, KPI analyses.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• High attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to sales teams via reporting and KPI tracking.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for commercial reviews.
• Monitor pipeline performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage customer requests and ensure documentation/compliance.
• Coordinate product sample requests and follow-up delivery.
• Maintain customer platforms, databases, and records.
• Support vendor management and procurement coordination.
• Assist with travel, expenses, and internal business activities.
• Act as link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and others.
