Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors and ingredients, seeks a Sales Support Analyst in Bogota (hybrid). You will empower commercial growth with data-driven insights, dashboards, and KPI analytics while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

You will coordinate customer documentation, manage records, and support sample requests to help drive regional performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, business analytics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, KPI analyses, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking, and business performance insights.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support commercial reviews and decision-making.
• Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate customer requests including documentation, certifications, and compliance materials.
• Manage product sample requests and ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer platforms, databases, and commercial records.
• Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow-ups.
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense processes, and internal business support.
• Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, business analytics, or related functions (recent graduates with relevant internship or practicum experience will also be considered)


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights


• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI analyses


• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams


• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal


• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
