IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Bogotá, Colombia (hybrid role). You will partner with Sales, SCI, and C&A to identify market opportunities, generate insights, and support marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/communications background, 1+ year in B2B/B2C marketing, and strong English skills. You will influence regional marketing strategies and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Food Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing communications, customer engagement, and market research methodologies.
• Knowledge of food, flavors, ingredients, or consumer products industries.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales, SCI, and C&A teams to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Generate relevant market insights and communications that support commercial objectives and customer success.
• Research, monitor, and analyze local and international market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
• Support the development and promotion of new concepts, demonstrations, and value-added solutions for customers.
• Assist in the creation of customer presentations, marketing materials, and commercial storytelling initiatives.
• Contribute to the execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and leverage market intelligence databases and information sources to support decision-making.
• Support the implementation and consistency of corporate branding and communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
