YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a SaaS environment. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, resolve data inconsistencies, and define governance for complex workflows and AI-ready processes.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, plus data model and automation knowledge. Strong English communication is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
