Circle Logistics seeks a dedicated CRM Administrator to build, manage, and optimize our enterprise HubSpot portal. The role focuses on data integrity, scalable properties, and automation that prevents duplicate records and broken reports.

You will own the setup, maintain clean data, and propose improvements across workflows, integrations, and dashboards, collaborating with US-based teams. Strong English and ET hours are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive).
• Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals: objects, properties, associations, pipelines, lifecycle stages.
• Experience building or maintaining automation: workflows, sequences, rules.
• Comfort with data imports/exports, deduplication, cleanup in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building CRM reports and dashboards and explaining stats.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations connecting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and testing before publishing.
• Advanced English, written and spoken; daily collaboration with US-based teams.
• Availability to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain properties across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects.
• Build, test, and maintain workflows for routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and notifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Own data quality: deduplication, normalization, imports/exports, routine cleanup.
• Build views, lists, and dashboards to surface data issues before they affect sales/marketing.
• Manage users, teams, roles, and permissions; conduct regular access reviews.
