Roca Alliances is seeking a Director of HR Systems and Tools to own and optimize the HR technology stack, including Workday, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and compliance. You will partner with HR and IT leaders to deliver scalable solutions and drive talent processes.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, strategic roadmapping, and the ability to lead a high-performing HR systems team while ensuring security and governance across platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years in HR systems management with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience: implementation, configuration, optimization.
• Proven ability to manage a full HR tech stack and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, payroll, and compliance.
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the HR technology stack, aligning with strategic goals.
• Lead HR system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Oversee integrations with other business platforms and vendors.
