Roca Alliances S.A. in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Workday specialist to own US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses. You will maintain system integrity, support annual and off-cycle compensation and benefits events, and collaborate with Talent, Help modules, and Core HCM teams.

Role requires 3–5 years of Workday functional experience with benefits, compensation, and expenses. Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment that values

Formación

• 3-5 years of Workday functional experience with US Benefits, advanced compensation and expenses.
• Solid HR and compensation process understanding in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting annual cycles: Open Enrollment, comp reviews, year-end activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Workday compensation plans, merit cycles, bonuses, and eligibility.
• Manage US Benefits configuration, enrollment windows and eligibility rules.
• Troubleshoot benefit issues; coordinate with HR and vendors for accurate processing.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, and execution.
• Maintain Workday Expenses configuration, policies, and cost controls.
• Provide tier 2 support for employee inquiries on expenses and reimbursements.
• Support Core HCM configurations: job profiles, positions, and supervisory orgs.
• Assist with data changes, troubleshooting, and HCM reporting.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance within People systems.
