Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company seeking an HR Operations professional to support ASC services and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with CoE and multiple departments to ensure accurate data, strong service levels, and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes Workday and case-management support, requires strong analytical and communication skills, and expects on-site collaboration with four days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Customer Experience and translating business needs into solutions.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and key HR standards.
• Proven ability to handle escalated issues and manage case/work/project leadership.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred (Canadian French, Spanish, Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for team leads and ASC team members for problem resolution.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with procedures using provided tools.
• Present quarterly Workday security audits to HR leadership.
• Provide staff with technical guidance on core ASC Operations HR processes.
