Advanced English and French, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook) are required. You will follow established processes while learning from guidance and feedback, handling confidential

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Bring a people-first, service-oriented mindset and treat others with patience, empathy, and respect.
• Are comfortable following established processes while knowing when to seek guidance or ask questions.
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and requests with attention to detail.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.

• Use HR systems and account information to research and support employee inquiries.
• Document requests, actions taken, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Track routine issues through the ticketing system and follow through until resolved or appropriately escalated.
• Escalate more complex questions or concerns according to established protocols.
• Build HR knowledge and confidence by performing standard work assignments and learning from guidance and feedback
