TD SYNNEX is seeking an HR Operations Analyst in Bogotá to optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with laws and policies. You will manage onboarding, benefits, payroll, vendor management, budgeting, and employee data to support efficient HR operations and a safe, engaged workplace.

The role focuses on local benefits and onboarding responsibilities, while providing employee service and supporting engagement initiatives within a global HR function.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage local benefits process and broker.
• Manage local onboarding process.
• Support communication and engagement initiatives.
• Employee service and second point of contact to address employee requests.
• Assist with monthly HR expense budget monitoring.
