TD SYNNEX is seeking an HR Operations Analyst in Bogotá to optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with laws and policies. You will manage onboarding, benefits, payroll, vendor management, budgeting, and employee data to support efficient HR operations and a safe, engaged workplace.

The role focuses on local benefits and onboarding responsibilities, while providing employee service and supporting engagement initiatives within a global HR function.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.

Job Purpose

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resources operational processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for employees, while ensuring compliance with laws and corporate policies. By managing onboarding, benefits, payroll, vendor management, budgeting, employee data, labor relations, and wellness programs, this role contributes to organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and strategic support for the Human Resources function, fostering a safe and engaged work environment aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the local benefits process for employees and the brooker. Responsible for the local onboarding process. Support for communication and engagement initiatives. Employee service, second point of contact to address employee requests. Assistance with monthly monitoring of the HR expense budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

>3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience. Intermediate Excel. Interpersonal relationships. Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or an equivalent qualification is required organization and planning proactivity. Process overview benefits administration.
