SoftwareOne is seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Bogotá. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in employee documentation, onboarding activities, HR administration, and process improvement within a global organization.

Ideal candidates are students in Business Administration, HR, or related fields, eligible to begin an apprenticeship in January 2027, with strong communication and teamwork skills and a passion for learning in a hybrid work environment.

• Support induction and onboarding processes.
• Assist with HR administration and documentation.
