DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist - HRBP to partner with leaders and teams across the employee life cycle. You will ensure local policy compliance while driving an engaging employee experience that aligns with our global standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating hiring, onboarding, background checks, promotions, referrals, benefits, and offboarding. Strong MS Excel skills, customer service, and English (B2) are essential for success in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Professional in Business administration, industrial engineering, psychology.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• English level B2.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition Follow-up: Partner with Talent Acquisition to track hiring processes and onboarding.
• Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Monitor and ensure completion of pre-employment background checks and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and a best-in-class employee experience aligned with DHL culture.
• Support design and execution of rewards and recognition programs.
• Oversee internal promotions, equity, and career development pathways.
• Manage and promote the employee referral program.
• Promote and manage employee benefits and the Health Insurance with Seguros Bolívar; Wellness Latina programs.
• Facilitate structured exit processes and final settlements.
• Track and report attrition trends for workforce planning.
