Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Regional Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple countries and partner with employees, managers, and business leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role offers regional exposure, a hybrid work model with 2 days in the Bogotá office, a permanent contract, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational HR operations.
• Advanced English and global stakeholder experience.
• Hands-on with Workday and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Act as HR contact for employees and stakeholders in the region.
• Maintain HR data in Workday and other HRIS.
• Coordinate HR processes, policies, compliance, docs.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure service delivery.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and initiatives.

Regional Human Resources Coordinator | Bogotá, Colombia

We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple countries and partner with employees, managers, and business leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Serve as a key HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders across the region.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday and other HRIS platforms.
• Coordinate HR processes, policies, compliance activities, and employee documentation.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting regional or multinational HR operations.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience working with international stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and other HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
