adidas Bogotá is seeking an experienced HR Services Administrator to support end-to-end HR processes in a multinational setting. You will handle general HR administration, manage employee data in SAP HR and other systems, and serve as a point of contact for HR stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, fluency in English (B2), and a customer-focused mindset, with a detail-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• University degree or Commercial education required.
• 3+ years of HR or shared-services experience in a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR or SAP OM and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general HR Services administration for defined processes and programs.
• Act as contact person for HR community and stakeholders.
• Maintain system wide via SAP, Success Factors, and other HR systems.
• Perform reports and manage employee's systems requests.
• Handle standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone, email.
• Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels.
