• 2+ years of experience supporting HR programs, processes, operations, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with HR systems and processing employee-related transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help others.
• Effective communication skills and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes and eager to learn.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to employee requests and questions with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
• Support onboarding and the employee lifecycle with timely guidance.
• Process employee transactions in Oracle with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide first-level support for HR tools, processes, programs, and inquiries.
• Document activity, resolve routine issues, and track work through the ticketing system.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
• Prepare reports and maintain employee records and HR communications.
• Support HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, and compliance as needed.
