Tittle: Specialist - HRBP

Objective:
Be an integral partner throughout the full employee life cycle — from onboarding to exit — by ensuring local policies and practices are fully compliant, while delivering the best possible employee experience. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing regulatory requirements with initiatives that foster engagement, equity, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Follow-up: Partner with Talent Acquisition to track hiring processes, ensure timely onboarding, and monitor recruitment outcomes.
- Hiring Process: Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely communication, compliance with policies, and alignment with business needs.
- Background Checks Follow-up: Monitor and ensure completion of pre-employment background checks, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- Onboarding: Ensure smooth integration of new employees by coordinating induction processes and delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with DHL’s culture and compliance standards.
- Rewards & Recognition: Support the design and execution of recognition programs that motivate employees and reinforce performance excellence.
- Internal Promotions: Implement and oversee internal promotion programs, ensuring transparency, equity, and alignment with career development pathways.
- Referral Program: Manage and promote the employee referral program to strengthen talent pipelines and engagement.
- Manage and promote employees’ benefits to continue building our employer brand. Manage Employee Share Program: Administer the “My Shares” program, supporting employee participation and record accuracy. Manage Health Insurance with Seguros Bolívar, promote Wellness Latina, etc.
- Offboarding: Facilitate structured exit processes, ensuring compliance with local policies and a positive employee experience through final settlement and feedback collection.
- Attrition Analysis: Track and report attrition trends, providing insights to HR leadership for workforce planning
Skills / Requirements:
- Professional in Business administration, industrial engineering, psychology.
- Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Proven experience Human Resources, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and cultural sensitivity.
- English level B2
Relevant information:
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance target bonus up to 8.33% of annual salary
