Paired, a global staffing and recruiting agency, is hiring a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the organization while building the function from the ground up. This is a remote role aligned to PST hours, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.

You will collaborate with content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and other verticals as Paired scales, building pipelines and reporting on recruiting metrics to enable rapid growth.

Formación

• Experience building a recruitment function from the ground up.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple departments.
• Strong sourcing instincts and proactive pipeline building.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
• Willing to work PST hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments at the same time.
• Build the recruiting function from scratch: intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Source proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles.
• Screen candidates and run first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving.
• Manage offer conversations through close.
• Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
