Community Sports Partners in Bogotá seeks a high-output Video Editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form content for paid ads and organic social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

You’ll work from weekly briefs, deliver 24–48 hour turnarounds, and optimize edits for performance with hooks, captions, and motion graphics. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro + After Effects and English fluency are required.

Formación

• 2+ years in an ad-driven editing role with proven performance results.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of performance creative and hooks in the first 2 seconds.
• Fluent written English and conversational spoken English for weekly calls.
• Fast, reliable, deadline-driven with high-volume output.
• Bonus: AI tooling fluency and Spanish-language content capability.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC-style vertical video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) optimized for paid performance.
• Produce ad variants at volume with multiple hooks and CTAs for testing.
• Cut interviews into testimonial ads with engaging pacing.
• Add motion graphics and captions (English; Spanish a plus) with brand elements.
• Turn around priority requests in 24–48 hours.
• Maintain an organized footage library and template system.
• Work from weekly briefs from the Head of Growth; report outputs weekly.
