Within is seeking a Social Video Editor in Bogotá to craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will edit, animate typography, and repurpose footage to fit platform specs, collaborating with designers, strategists, and producers.

The role requires 1–2 years of editing experience, strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, and a keen eye for trends, timing, captions, and sound. This is an on-site role in Bogotá, five days a week.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience in digital marketing or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and VFX.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts editing features (CapCut OK).
• Strong sense of short-form trends, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple edits simultaneously with quality control.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, and VFX to boost engagement.
• Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and client voice.
• Stay current with cultural and platform trends, incorporating music and memes.
• Produce multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to fit specs.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure accurate timing, captions, graphics, and sound across assets.
