NewForm is seeking a Video Editor to turn raw footage and scripts into high-performing short-form ads for paid social. You'll collaborate with strategists, producers and media buyers to craft scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos at high volume.

The role emphasizes pacing, hooks, retention curves, and data-driven iteration; a strong portfolio and proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut are required, with After Effects experience a plus, and a track record editing DTC or SaaS ads.

Qualifications

2–5 years of video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong portfolio of short-form paid social ads.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (required).
Experience with After Effects for motion graphics (preferred).
Must edit ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS.
Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats, ratios, and specs.

Responsabilités

Edit short-form paid social ads (UGC, podcast ads, product demos, street interviews, etc.).
Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, pacing, overlays, CTAs).
Optimize videos for platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Iterate on edits based on retention data, CPA, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with creative strategists to refine messaging and structure.
Organize and manage project files for scalable production workflows.
Stay current on short-form trends, editing styles, and paid social best practices.
