NewForm is seeking a Video Editor to turn raw footage and scripts into high-performing short-form ads for paid social. You'll collaborate with strategists, producers and media buyers to craft scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos at high volume.

The role emphasizes pacing, hooks, retention curves, and data-driven iteration; a strong portfolio and proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut are required, with After Effects experience a plus, and a track record editing DTC or SaaS ads.

Formación

• 2–5 years of video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio of short-form paid social ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (required).
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics (preferred).
• Must edit ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats, ratios, and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form paid social ads (UGC, podcast ads, product demos, street interviews, etc.).
• Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, pacing, overlays, CTAs).
• Optimize videos for platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Iterate on edits based on retention data, CPA, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to refine messaging and structure.
• Organize and manage project files for scalable production workflows.
• Stay current on short-form trends, editing styles, and paid social best practices.
