High Scale is seeking a UGC Video Editor to transform creator footage into direct-response ads that perform on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You’ll craft hooks, momentum, and native-looking edits while maintaining speed for high-volume campaigns.

You have 1–3 years editing UGC or social content, expert Premiere Pro, and CapCut familiarity. You’ll collaborate with producers remotely and translate briefs into thumb-stopping visuals.

• 1–3 years editing UGC or social-first content.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; CapCut experience a plus.
• Strong English communication; remote collaboration.
• Storytelling with rhythm and timing.
• Able to work in high-volume editing workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Transform raw assets into cohesive direct-response video ads.
• Structure edits around Hook → Problem → Solution → Social Proof → CTA.
• Ensure platform-native vibe for TikTok/Reels/Shorts.
• Create multiple hook variations and iterate quickly based on data.
