WITHIN is seeking a Social Video Editor to join our creative team in Bogotá. You will craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms, collaborating with designers, strategists, and producers to tell culturally resonant stories.

The role requires 1–2 years editing experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a knack for fast-paced, platform-specific edits.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience in digital marketing or agency environment.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and CapCut.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects to boost engagement.
• Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and campaign goals.
• Stay on top of cultural and platform trends, integrating music, memes, and editing techniques.
• Create multiple versions and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to fit platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure accuracy in timing, captions, graphics, and sound across all assets.
