WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Social Video Editor to join our Bogotá team, producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and producers to craft culturally relevant videos, manage multiple edits, and apply motion graphics, typography, and quick-cut storytelling.

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency settings.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and typography.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts editing features.
• Ability to manage multiple edits with speed and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver engaging short-form videos Optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects to drive engagement.
• Repurpose footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and campaign goals.
• Stay on top of cultural trends, integrating music and memes.
• Create multiple versions and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) per platform.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure accuracy in timing, captions, graphics and sound across assets.
