Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our international People Operations function and build a transparent, performance-driven HR system.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, with duties spanning contracts, policies, performance management, compensation coordination, and employee relations. A senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, supporting a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Director roles or senior HR leadership positions.
• Proven track record in managing full employee lifecycle and HR governance.
• Strong experience with policies, performance, compensation, and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the international People Operations and HR governance function.
• Develop HR strategy and drive organizational design.
• Manage contracts, renewals and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee files, probation records and HR dashboards.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance reviews, KPIs and performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate compensation, bonuses, benefits and payroll information.
• Build career development, promotion, succession and retention programs.
• Oversee terminations and offboarding; lead HR Generalist team.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Director on workforce planning.
