The role reports directly to the CEO in a senior leadership capacity. It offers hybrid or fully remote work across LATAM with Panama business hours and occasional travel to align with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years as HR Director, Head of HR or senior HR leader.
• English at C1 level or equivalent; Spanish at C1 or native proficiency.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle, remote or international teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead international People Operations and HR governance.
• Develop HR strategy and support organizational design.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee files, trackers and probation records.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Lead performance reviews, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits and payroll information.
• Build promotion, career development and succession processes.
• Improve employee engagement and retention.
• Manage terminations and offboarding.
• Lead HR Generalist and future People Operations team.
