ROCA Alliances SA in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Director of HR Systems and Tools to lead the HR technology stack, with primary ownership of Workday and related platforms. You will drive system strategy, integrations, and data-driven HR analytics to support talent management and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on Workday expertise, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance employee experience.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in HR systems management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on Workday experience including implementation, configuration and optimization.
• Proven track record of managing a full HR tech stack and integrations with other business systems.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, payroll, compliance, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own HR tech stack (Workday and others) and drive ongoing optimization.
• Lead HR systems implementation, configuration, and maintenance with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for HR systems aligned with business goals.
• Build dashboards and robust HR analytics for key metrics (headcount, turnover, engagement).
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with IT on integrations and security.
