Simpro Group is seeking an HR Technology Leader to own Workday and the full HR tech stack, driving system configuration, integrations, data governance, and reporting to empower employees and sustain growth.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business heads to implement scalable solutions, optimize workflows, and deliver analytics that inform decisions, all while leading a dedicated HR systems team in a global tech environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR systems management with leadership responsibilities.
• Extensive hands-on Workday experience: implementation, configuration, optimization.
• Proven ability to manage a full HR tech stack and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes: payroll, compliance, talent management.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and HR dashboard creation.
• PM skills to lead system implementations and upgrades on time and budget.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HR technology roadmap, serving as the SME for Workday and other HR systems.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platforms and integrations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR technologies to support objectives and employee experience.
• Develop and execute the HR systems strategy for scalability and alignment with goals.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance systems supporting talent acquisition, performance, learning, etc.
