Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on Head of Revenue to drive revenue across our moving and logistics units. You will set a clear operating rhythm, coach the team on the day-to-day, and translate sales performance data into disciplined, high-converting, ethical outcomes.

You will own the full pipeline, lead regular coaching sessions, maintain CRM hygiene, and build dashboards using AI-assisted tools where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5 years in BPO, contact center, or comparable phone-based sales operations.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with IVR environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pipeline from lead response to quoting, follow-up, and booking with reliable forecasts.
• Coach & develop sales reps through 1-on-1s, call reviews, live coaching, and onboarding.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track daily activity, and build actionable dashboards (AI-assisted tools where applicable).
• Drive inbound/outbound sales strategies, grow B2B accounts, and cross-sell across service lines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to align promises with delivery.
