Job summary

Jeeves is seeking a data-driven RevOps analyst to connect sales activity to revenue outcomes and build leadership dashboards. You will partner with the Head of Revenue Operations to drive growth programs, AI-enabled automation, and scalable analytics across multi-region data.

You will own data quality, reporting integrity, and proactive insights to guide planning, forecasting, and compensation analyses in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required with dashboards built from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with CRM data and connecting it to reporting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for partnerships and growth programs.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations, not just charts.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with structured analysis.
• Model scenarios for capacity planning and quota-setting.
• Maintain performance reporting and assist with compensation analysis.
• Develop data structures for rolling forecasts and multi-region rollups.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and scale analytics.
• Ensure data quality across HubSpot, Tableau, and finance systems.
• Collaborate with Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership.
