Improvado is seeking a RevOps professional to own how revenue runs and is measured across Salesforce, GTM tools, and billing integration. You will work with analytics to understand data models, read them, spot issues, and guide changes. You will rely on AI agents daily to handle tasks that a larger team would normally execute.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product to ensure accurate ARR, bookings, and reporting, while maintaining data quality and scalable processes.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM in B2B SaaS with admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse modeling experience.
• Deep knowledge of funnel, pipeline, ARR, churn, renewals in B2B SaaS.
• Experience handling contracts, invoicing and collections in sync with the CRM.
• Proven use of AI agents for shipped tools or automation.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access.
• Maintain CRM data quality and manage licences.
• Audit ARR, bookings, and revenue-related processes.
• Build leadership dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to improve revenue data models.
• Automate manual work using AI agents and measure impact.
• Be RevOps single point of contact across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.
