YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize CRM-driven revenue workflows in a remote setting. You will configure CRMs, ensure data accuracy, and generate governance reports to support revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You will collaborate with sales, revenue, and customer success teams to standardize processes, improve reporting, and drive adoption of revenue tools. This contractor role emphasizes data integrity and scalable workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
