Job summary

Deel is seeking a Lead GTM Systems Business Analyst to own intake, requirements quality, and early solution shaping across the GTM technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of Business, Ops, and GTM Engineering, ensuring that messy, ambiguous requests are translated into clear, prioritised, and technically sound requirements that the engineering team can deliver against efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications.
• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and tools like Gong, Outreach, and ChiliPiper.
• Experience with GTM technologies like Hubspot, Gainsight, and DeaHub.
• Skilled with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran).
• Experience developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.
• Competent in languages like XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and C++.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform App Builder).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Tech business intake and front door across Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and related teams.
• Understand problems with stakeholders and translate into WHAT/WHY/OUTCOME.
• Serve as SME across GTM domains; advise on best practices, trade-offs, and system capabilities.
• Ensure requirements are clear and prioritized for delivery.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with GTM Architects and Developers to shape scalable solutions before sprint.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts early.
• Maintain consistency in documenting and approving requirements.
• Lead and coach analysts on discovery and ambiguity to clarity.
• Establish intake standards, templates, and ways of working.
