A technology solutions provider in Colombia seeks an individual to enhance Go-to-Market (GTM) execution processes and metrics. Your role will involve documenting key processes and defining core performance metrics. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to facilitate analysis and improvements. This position requires strong documentation and analytical skills in a cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Document and refine key GTM execution processes.
• Define and standardize a core set of GTM execution metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration sessions.

Descripción del empleo

Document and refine key GTM execution processes, including:

• Lead and demand handoffs
• Opportunity and deal flow
• Adoption, Renewals and expansion motions
• Clarify ownership, handoffs, and stage expectations across functions.
• Identify execution gaps, friction points, and inconsistencies.
• Produce clear process maps, written documentation, and lightweight playbooks

2. GTM Metrics & Execution Visibility

• Define and standardize a core set of GTM execution metrics (e.g., conversion, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)
• Clarify metric definitions and usage across teams.
• Build simple views or dashboards to surface execution issues and risks.
• Use insights to recommend targeted process improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate working sessions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Ops stakeholders.
• Capture decisions and translate them into clear documentation.
• Support team initiatives with structured analysis and follow-through
