Plutus21 Partners seeks a hands-on GTM Program Manager to architect and operationalize a Jira-based project management system for GTM and product launches. The role includes building dashboards, SOPs, and training materials, and enabling the client to sustain the system beyond six months.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience standing up or re-architecting a Jira environment for GTM or product launches.
• Expert-level Jira configuration: projects, workflows, custom fields, JQL, automation.
• Ability to build Atlassian dashboards and reporting turning data into milestone views.
• Strong program management with a track record of fixed timelines.
• Experience writing SOPs/playbooks and training teams on new tools.
• Clear communicator capable of working with ICs and executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead the five engagements workstreams: architecture, dashboards, SOPs, enablement, and project docs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, CS, and Enablement to reflect launches in the system design.
• Validate the system with real projects and iterate based on feedback.
• Deliver a clean handoff: system, dashboards, SOPs, and trained owners for post-contract use.
