INGEPSY is seeking a hands-on Growth Engineer to build the campaign machinery for a regulated nicotine brand operating in the UK with no paid ads. You will direct Claude Code to enrich lists, automate recurring work, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships to create a scalable outbound engine.

You will own first-party measurement, design multi-channel sequences, enable field teams, and craft content with AI while ensuring compliance and age/territory gating.

Formación

• Real hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work; tested in interview.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing, especially outbound data-driven work.
• Experience building end-to-end cold outbound campaigns and list enrichment.
• Comfort with data, SQL, joins, and API-based workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm the field team with routes, lists, and post-visit follow-ups; iterate for improvement.
• Own channels open to the brand: search, lifecycle email/SMS, referrals, retention.
• Produce in-house creative using AI while honoring brand guidelines.
• Automate recurring tasks, data hygiene, and campaign QA.
• Own first-party measurement and flag anomalies in data immediately.
