Somewhere is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead to build and scale the firm’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. The role combines software engineering (Python/SQL/APIs) with commercial know-how in finance, engaging with wealth management decision-makers.

You will own cold outbound systems, content/social engine operations, and data-driven experiments to drive pipeline and meetings. The position is remote and LATAM-based, with EST overlap.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• 4–6 years in Growth Engineering, GTM Systems, or Technical Marketing roles.
• Direct experience with asset management, hedge funds, alternative investments, or fintech is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• 0-to-1 Demand Experimentation: generate and scale new demand ideas across outbound, social, SEO/GEO, content.
• GTM Architecture & Automation: build automated marketing/sales infra using APIs, SQL, scripting, and orchestration tools.
• AI & Agentic Workflows: design LLM-driven workflows for prospect research, outreach, lead scoring, and routing.
• Content Machine Management: oversee production and distribution of content across podcasts, webinars, and videos.
• Brand & Social Voice: maintain thought-leadership presence on LinkedIn and X/Twitter toward CIOs and Wealth Managers.
• Signal-Based Outbound: architect cold outreach with enrichment, signals, sequencing, and CRM routing.
• Analytics: build attribution dashboards and run A/B tests to guide growth.
