Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a growth marketer to build a Claude Code powered campaign machine in Austin, TX or fully remote. You will direct AI-driven processes to enrich lists, automate recurring work, and run trade/partner outbound initiatives alongside sales and partnerships teams.

With 3+ years in marketing and hands-on coding experience, you’ll implement end-to-end outbound sequences, harness APIs, and own first‑party metrics to guide growth in a regulated, constrained environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work, integrated with APIs or MCP servers.
• 3+ years in marketing, preferably building data-driven growth programs.
• End-to-end cold outbound campaign experience with tools like Apollo and a sequencer.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound trade/partner campaigns, scoring and enriching contacts.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referral programs.
• Create in-house content with AI while maintaining brand visuals.
• Automate recurrent tasks and ensure data hygiene and QA.
• Own first‑party measurement and flag questionable data in analytics.
