DiDi Chuxing in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Senior Analyst to drive user and merchant growth for its Shop business. This role blends data analytics with strategic operations to shape growth initiatives and improve the experience for local partners.

You will build data insights on merchants and users, run online and offline growth programs, and collaborate with commercial teams to unlock ROI. A strong candidate has 1+ year in online Grocery/food growth roles and a proactive, ownership mindset.

Formación

• At least 1 year of online Grocery (or Food) delivery business growth role is mandatory.
• Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry is a plus.
• Data driven and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Engage merchants to grow our platform and grow the user and merchant base through online and offline strategies, including merchant launch, seasonality and daily promotions.
• Build deep data insights on our potential and existing users and merchants to inform growth methodologies and initiatives and improve user experience.
• Use data to understand user and merchant behavior and collaborate with commercial/merchant partners to identify new opportunities for merchant growth with ROI in mind.
