Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in online Grocery, Food Delivery, e-commerce, marketplaces, or other fast-paced digital businesses.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing user growth campaigns across online and offline channels, combining acquisition and engagement strategies to drive sustainable growth
• Deep-diving into traffic and user behavior data to identify opportunities, optimize traffic strategies, and guide users through the most effective end-to-end journey.
• Building trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor key results, evaluate strategy performance, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Identifying new growth opportunities and taking ownership of strategic projects, including platform pricing and promotional strategies, to accelerate growth while maintaining long-term sustainability.
