DiDi Global Inc. in Bogotá seeks a User Growth Sr. Analyst to drive growth for its new grocery business line. You will design campaigns, analyze traffic, and build dashboards to guide decision-making across online and offline channels.

You will own strategic projects such as pricing and promotions, work with cross-functional teams, and translate data into scalable actions. Candidates typically have 3+ years in growth analytics and strong SQL/Excel/BI skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in online Grocery, Food Delivery, e-commerce, marketplaces, or other fast-paced digital businesses.
• Operational and analytical experience in data analytics, consulting, marketing, growth, operations management, or the tech industry.
• Strong data-driven thinking with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI agents is a plus.

• Designing and executing user growth campaigns across online and offline channels, combining acquisition and engagement strategies to drive sustainable growth
• Deep-diving into traffic and user behavior data to identify opportunities, optimize traffic strategies, and guide users through the most effective end-to-end journey
• Building trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor key results, evaluate strategy performance, and turn data into actionable insights
• Identifying new growth opportunities and taking ownership of strategic projects, including platform pricing and promotional strategies, to accelerate growth while maintaining long-term sustainability.

• Previous operational and analytical experience in data analytics, consulting, marketing, growth, operations management, or the tech industry.
• Strong data-driven and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI agents is a plus.
