DiDi Chuxing is seeking an Operations Intern in Bogotá to bridge digital and physical marketplaces for riders, drivers, couriers and restaurants. You will build dashboards, support strategic initiatives and enable data-driven decisions that affect the city’s operations.

You’ll work across marketing, business development, product and support, test incentives and measure outcomes, with mentorship and a structured onboarding path. Fluency in Spanish and working English required.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business, engineering, economics or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to experiment.
• Willingness to work across teams to drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Solve marketplace problems (supply, demand, ETAs, partner health, customer friction) using analytics and experiments.
• Test incentives, pricing tweaks, retention plays and journey fixes to measure impact on metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, BD, product and support to unblock operational hurdles and launch initiatives.
• Own an outcome from start to finish in a live marketplace, ensuring accuracy and impact.
