DiDi is seeking a User & Merchant Growth Senior Analyst to drive growth in our rapidly expanding business line. You will combine data analytics with hands-on engagement of merchants and users to scale our platform in a competitive market.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and ownership to develop growth initiatives, optimize ROI, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in online Grocery or Food delivery growth roles.
• Operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or tech industry is a plus.
• Data-driven and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and ownership-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Engage merchant partners and drive growth of the user & merchant base through online and offline strategies.
• Build deep data insights on users and merchants to inform growth initiatives and improve user experience.
• Use data to identify opportunities for merchant growth and ROI, collaborating with commercial teams.
