DiDi Chuxing in Bogotá is seeking a Marketing Intern to learn how to build campaigns that grow the platform and engage users, with real campaigns delivering measurable results.

Work across brand, performance, product and data, owning a channel or content metric end-to-end, while learning to deploy live campaigns and CRM flows.

You will be mentored weekly, onboarding guided by Learning & Culture, and gain hands-on experience with tools and AI on real problems.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, accounting or quantitative field).
• Available to onboard in January 2027 with at least 6 months before graduation date.
• Spanish communication with working proficiency in English.
• Strong comfort with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and SQL or basic Python.
• Familiarity with Ad/CRM, SEO and design/video tools a plus.
• Analytical mindset with storytelling sensibility and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Solve growth and engagement problems through testing frameworks.
• Run performance campaigns, CRM journeys and content that converts.
• Collaborate across brand, performance, product and data teams.
• Own a channel, campaign or content metric end-to-end.
• Adapt approach in real time based on performance data.
• Identify patterns in what a young audience engages with.
